Chamber launches free-trade lobbying blitz

Chamber hopes that stepped-up campaign will push Congress to pass free-trade agreements The U.S. Chamber of Commerce June 15 announced a stepped-up lobbying campaign to win congressional passage of free-trade agreements with Panama, Colombia and South Korea. As part of the effort, the Chamber unveiled a new web site, www.TradeSupportsJobs.com, which it said provides “unprecedented” details on exports and jobs broken down by congressional district.
